Associate Director in the Construction industry
CSG are currently partnered with a leading Construction Sub-Contractor who are currently looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team. They are looking for employees that not only possess the skills and abilities to be an assistant project manager, but also a passion for growth and innovation!
Responsibilities- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Coordinate project‑specific functions
- Manage and coordinate with General Contractors
- Perform GC contract review and markup
- Assist with project budget and attend financial meetings
- Assist with project closeout management
- Attend GC meetings as needed
- Communicate field scheduling with manufacturing
- 2+ years in commercial construction
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner
