Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

• Supporttheset-upandupdateofthe
  
  Weekly Labor Productivity Sheet .
• Addressschedulingissueswiththe Construction Manager /Ownerincludingprovidingmosteffectivecorrective action measures and/or cost implications.
• Distributetheprojectscheduleto internal personnel,subcontractorsandvendors andfollow-upon critical dates/milestones.
• Reviewweeklytrendsinlaborproductivityandrespondtoanyissueswithappropriatecorrective measures.

• Provideclearandtimelydirectiontocoordinators/detailers,subcontractors,and vendors.
• Managecommunicationwiththe Customertocoordinatework,resolve issues,addresschangeorderswhile maintaining a positive relationship.
• Provideinputintotheprojectscheduleandattendanyschedulingmeetingsnecessarytomaintainanefficient plan for our work.
• Workwithaccountingdepartmenttoensure billedcostsareaccurate,valid,andappliedtotheappropriate project, phase, and category.

• Developadetailedbudgetforthe project.
• Set-upandnegotiatethescheduleofvalueswith thecustomertoachievemostfavorablecashpositionforthe project.
• Inconjunctionwiththeaccountingdepartment,ensurethemonthlybillingissubmittedtimelyandaccurately to thecustomertoavoiddelaysinpayment.
• Identify,quote,negotiateandtrackallprojectchange orders.
• Provideanaccurate,timelyandcompletecosttocompleteprojectiononallassigned projects.
• Managethedocumentcontrolprocesstoensurethemostaccurateandcurrentinformationisdistributedtimely to the required personnel.
• I nconjunctionwiththe
  
  Pre-Construction team,buyout equipment,materials,andsubcontractorsaccordingto the Purchasing SOP.
• Purchase/releaseequipmentandmaterialstosupporttheprojectscheduleandfield/shop plans.

• Workwiththe Safety Directortoensureallemployeeshavethenecessaryequipmentandtrainingtoperform  their jobs safely.
• Reviewprojectsonaregularbasisandaddressanysafetyrelated issues.
• Ensureanysafetyrelatedissuesarehandledpromptlyand appropriately.

• Developaphasedmanpowerbudgetfromtheproject estimate.
• Reviewtheoverallprojectscheduleanddevelopmostefficientplanforourscopeof work.

• 5+years’experienceasa
  
  Project Manager
• Degree in Construction Management, Business Management or Engineering is preferred
• Musthavecomprehensivecomputer skills.

Strong Mechanical and Process Pipe Systems  knowledge

• Mustbeabletoliftupto
  30lbsonaninfrequent basis.
• Maintain and utilize all applicable personal protective equipment as needed in the shop, on the job site as well as ensuring the same for all shop personnel.
