Metric DCX is partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor to hire a Director of Construction for major hyperscale data center construction projects across the United States.

THE OPPORTUNITYYou'll provide strategic and operational leadership across major hyperscale data center projects, overseeing project teams, financial performance, client relationships, and delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading project executives, project managers, and field leadership teams
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance
- Driving safety, quality, and operational standards across multiple projects
- Building strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key subcontractors
- Managing project risk, commercial performance, and contract compliance
- Coordinating preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Developing talent and building teams that support long-term business growth
