We are seeking a technically skilled entry-level or early-career Technical Writer to support a high-impact documentation and branding initiative for a major aerospace client. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong writing, editing, or content organization skills who is looking to grow their experience in technical communication, branding, and digital content development.

• Edit and format training slide decks for clarity, grammar, and visual consistency.
• Apply branding standards (logos, fonts, layouts) to documents and forms
• Organize and consolidate documentation into shared repositories
• Audit and update cross-references and links within forms and documents
• Assist in developing and updating internal/external web content
• Support the implementation of best practices for document versioning and metadata.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow branding/style guidelines and formatting standards
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the wok.

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are 27.00 per hour.
