Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Part‑Time Social Media Content Creator to support our real estate, construction, and property management brands. This role focuses on on‑site content capturing, editing reels and images, and planning monthly content in advance for consistent posting across our social media platforms.

Content & Posting Scope

The role will manage the following weekly posting cadence:

• Produced 1‑2 Reel per week
• Submit a 2‑4 single photo option post per week
• Submit a 2‑4 carousel post option per week

To support this, the content creator must be able to:

• Plan and propose 5–10 reels per month in advance
• Batch content during weekly or biweekly shoots to cover the full month’s posting needs

Responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality on‑site photos and videos for social media
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels) and images ready for posting
• Plan monthly content themes and shot lists in advance with the team.
• Create content related to Moey Development, and Moey Management
• Document (take content) construction phases, renovations, and seasonal property updates
• Capture team members and on‑site crew shots
• Feature Moey crew shirts/uniforms for branded content
• Organize content by project and deliver according to agreed timelines
• Coordinate shoot needs based on a delegated content list and monthly plan

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, videography, or photography
• Ability to shoot and edit both photo and video content
• Must have drone operating experience
• Comfortable working on active construction and property sites
• Strong planning skills and ability to organize content ahead of time and aware of the real estate trends
• Reliable, responsive, and detail‑oriented

Note:
We have equipment available in the office, including a drone and camera. Applicants without personal equipment are welcome to apply—we primarily need someone who can confidently handle content capturing and editing when equipment is provided. Having your own equipment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for real estate or construction brands
• Familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reels‑style video trends
• Basic understanding of social media performance and engagement
