We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. This on‑site role focuses on crafting engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and monitoring performance to optimize results across multiple platforms.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include creating and publishing content, collaborating with team members on brand strategy, researching trends, managing content calendars, engaging with online audiences, and analyzing metrics to enhance outreach and engagement. This role plays a key part in bringing our creative vision to life across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and creative direction
  • Research social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns
  • Engage with online audiences to build community and brand presence
  • Assist with video production, editing, and social content for the company podcast
Qualifications
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing (great if you have it, not required)
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual design, and video editing
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with the ability to apply data‑driven insights
  • Understanding of social media trends, SEO strategies, and audience engagement best practices
  • Creative problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bonus:
    Own camera equipment or experience filming and editing video, especially for podcasts
