Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Cashier at Porsche of the Village
The cashier/greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership and the last point of contact as they complete their transactions. This role creates a warm and professional welcome, assists with general inquiries, processes payments for service and parts, and directs customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member
- Process service and parts payments via cash, check, or credit card
- Balance the cash drawer and issue accurate receipts
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them as needed
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Support appointment check‑ins and verify customer info
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, etc.)
- Provide updates to waiting customers when appropriate
- Help with dealership events or customer appreciation efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or cashiering experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and POS systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual a plus
- Valid driver’s license may be required for occasional errands
- Front desk/showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
- Standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
- Regular use of phones, computers, and office equipment
- Must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and work in a fast‑paced setting
