Role OverviewAre you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? The Lead Greeter/Cashier will be the welcoming face of the establishment, greeting guests with a smile, assisting with inquiries, and handling cashiering duties efficiently. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out process for our guests.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting guests with their needs.
- Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and helping to create an exceptional team environment.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff.
- Resolve employee and guest‑related problems.
- Communicate with the Manager on all matters relating to the Restaurant.
- Act as the on‑the‑floor supervisor of the Restaurant.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
