Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The position requires handling customer interactions, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring accurate scheduling and order processing.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism.

- Handle email correspondence to provide timely and accurate information to clients.

- Conduct accurate data entry to maintain thorough and organized records.

- Process and manage order entries to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

- Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage necessary documentation.

- Maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced call center environment.

- Assist with outbound calls when necessary to resolve customer inquiries or follow up.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.

- Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

- Skilled in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

- Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.

- Experience with scheduling appointments and coordinating tasks.

- Knowledge of order entry processes and systems.
