We are hiring a Call Center Agent to handle incoming customer calls, answer questions, and assist with routine service requests. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, listens carefully, and remains professional when assisting customers over the phone.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate next steps

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain composed during challenging conversations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
• Previous call center, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an advantage
