A rapidly growing, privately owned dental group is seeking a motivated Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric‑mindful General Dentist to join our team as we expand into multiple locations
. This is a unique opportunity to step into a practice with immediate demand, strong support, and long‑term upside—including a clear path to ownership for those who want it.

• Minimum guarantee of ~$1,200/day
• Compensation structure:
  Production‑based or Flat daily rate (whichever is higher)
• Ownership / partnership opportunities available but never required

• Pediatric dentistry focus with built‑in patient volume
• Open to General Dentists who genuinely enjoy treating kids
• Pediatric surgical procedures a strong plus
• Hospital‑based dentistry and operating room care included as part of the role

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Licensed or license‑eligible in the practicing state
