Treatment Coordinator Position

Mt. Lookout Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is eager to go beyond insurance-driven dentistry to promote and develop optimal experiences for our patients. We are willing to train the right person to join our patient-focused practice that has been in the heart of Mt. Lookout Square since 1956!

Patient care hours are 7am-4pm Monday – Thursday; 7am-2pm on Friday.

• Manage the doctors' schedules
• Manage pre-determinations for patients
• Manage the arrival and departure of patients
• Provide excellent customer service and setting the tone for the patient's visit
• Effectively communicate with patients to ensure that the treatment prescribed by the dentist is understood and scheduled
• Communicate the patient's dental benefits and creating a clear financial arrangement

2+ Years of dental experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to multitask

Detail oriented

Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
