Interior Architect

Overview

Evolo Design is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Cincinnati, dedicated to creating sophisticated, innovative interiors that blend beauty with functionality. Our work spans residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, with a strong focus on design excellence and detail. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our growing team. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Creative Director and will play a key role in translating design concepts into precise construction drawings and documentation.

Salary range: $50,000-$90,000.

• Lead the development and production of interior design drawings
  , construction documents
  , and technical detailing from concept through completion
• Create detailed layouts and specifications, including kitchen and bathroom designs
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the documentation and construction process
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during project development and execution
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
• Maintain project schedules and manage documentation timelines
• Conduct on-site visits and field measurements as needed
• Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant codes, standards, and best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design
• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom design
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and detailing
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a strong design sensibility
