We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in multifamily and retail design, with expertise in construction documentation and detailing. Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. This role involves collaborating with project teams to develop design solutions, produce high-quality drawings, and coordinate with consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation for multifamily and retail projects.
- Work closely with project architects, senior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Utilize Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite for design development, rendering, presentation and documentation.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to conduct site analysis studies, site and building diagrams, feasibility studies and necessary code and zoning research to support design decisions.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project phases.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and construction administration as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). (Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus)
- Experience in multifamily and/or retail projects preferred.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
