About the Job: FFE is offering Architecture Co-op positions to work alongside our Cincinnati team. This paid, in-person position provides students the opportunity to apply formal education through real-world experience and hands-on training. Co-ops are treated as integral members of the team, collaborating with staff at all levels, participating in client work, and engaging with fellow co-ops and staff.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of design documents, presentations, and construction drawings.
- Participate in client meetings and design charrettes.
- Participate in project site visits.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
- Engage in hands-on training to enhance professional growth.
- Exhibit critical attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective listening, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to accept new challenges.
- Professionalism in all communications and work manner.
- You are a team player who takes responsibility for your work and helping others.
- Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop technical skills.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Maintain a GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is preferred.
