We are hiring an Intermediate Environmental Graphic Designer with various experience levels. We seek passionate individuals who deliver thoughtful, innovative, and transformative solutions in the built environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can take ownership of project delivery while supporting our strategic vision and values.

Our Intermediate Designers work within fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams across sectors including Academic, Civic, Corporate, Healthcare, and Mixed Use, designing meaningful experiences that reflect our clients’ brands. The role requires a creative problem solver with strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and curiosity.

• Foster relationships with design partners to promote collaboration and innovation.
• Apply ADA and Zoning Code knowledge to ensure compliant, accessible designs.
• Source materials and stay updated on industry trends to enhance project quality.
• Develop understanding of materials and fabrication to improve design solutions.
• Lead small projects (under $30K), demonstrating leadership from start to finish.

• Manage over 10 projects across specific sectors, overseeing all phases.
• Use Sign Agent Pro to streamline project management.
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and contractors to execute designs effectively.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

• Proficiency in Sign Agent Pro and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of ADA and zoning regulations.
• Proactive in sourcing materials and exploring fabrication options.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/environmental design, architecture, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience managing projects from start to finish within Graphics and Wayfinding.
