Mills James has an exciting opportunity for an Audiovisual Specialist to support daily audiovisual operations at a client’s corporate facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This on‑site role is responsible for delivering high-quality AV support for meetings, presentations, and events while providing exceptional customer service in a professional corporate environment.

Position Summary

The Audiovisual Specialist serves as the primary on‑site resource for corporate AV support. This role works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure reliable operation of integrated audiovisual systems and a seamless meeting and event experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite audiovisual support for corporate meetings, presentations, and events
  • Operate and monitor integrated AV systems, including audio, video, and network‑based technologies
  • Collaborate with clients to plan, set up, and execute meetings and events flawlessly
  • Proactively monitor meeting spaces and respond quickly to client requests or technical issues
  • Perform daily system testing to ensure all meeting rooms and AV systems are fully functional
  • Interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to exceed service expectations
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a corporate client environment
  • Document issues, elevate concerns as needed, and support continuous service improvement
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience providing customer service in a professional or corporate environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Working knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems; understanding of signal flow preferred
  • Familiarity with networking technology and IT‑integrated AV systems is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, based on client needs
  • Valid driver’s license

Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a corporate office or meeting space for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry AV equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work in office, conference room, and event environments with varying noise levels
