Position: Design System Architect Level 3 (UI)

Our client, a leading organization in digital product development, is seeking a Design System Architect Level 3 to join their team. As a Design System Architect Level 3, you will be part of the Design and Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Build, scale, and maintain a unified system of reusable UI components across multiple platforms including Web, iOS, and Android.
• Oversee and manage a comprehensive system of UI components, variants, and interaction states, ensuring continuous updates and refinements.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to evaluate and incorporate new component requests, ensuring alignment with visual language and usability standards.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation that serves as the single source of truth for design components and interaction models.
• Modernize and optimize design libraries using advanced Figma capabilities, develop design tokens, and support next-generation design system structures.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, reusable UI component libraries for multiple platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component creation, variant management, and advanced auto-layout techniques.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, modular design patterns, and scalable content structures.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG standards, accessibility principles, and inclusive design practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
