Senior Project Manager – MA Design (Cincinnati, OH)
We are seeking a passionate Senior Project Manager to lead architecture projects from concept through construction in our Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, a deep knowledge of the built environment, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead all phases of projects, driving schedules, budgets, and scope while serving as the primary client liaison.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in‑house team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee production of construction documents, from schematic design through construction administration.
- Schedule production activities and staffing in alignment with available project hours.
- Supervise junior staff, complete performance appraisals, and support professional development.
- Contribute to client retention efforts through marketing research, strategic communications, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; 15‑19 years experience as PM in an architecture firm.
- M.Arch and architectural licensure preferred.
- Prior experience with industrial project types is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sustainable solutions.
- Accountable for preparation of architectural contracts and adherence to internal project budgets.
- High level of proficiency in building code applicable to each project.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills; effective client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse project team, including consultants, clients, and internal architectural teams.
- Participation in MA’s internal QA/QC process.
