Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Horizen Medical is seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician who's excited to practice in a modern direct care model without the pressures of traditional hospital systems. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new kind of women's health experience while enjoying meaningful, relationship-based care. You will be part of a brand-new patient centered, technology forward clinic that empowers women with comprehensive education, personalized care, and simplified access to effective treatments-including hormone therapy, GLP 1 medications, and lifestyle focused wellness support.

In this role, you'll deliver high quality, evidence-based care focused on perimenopause, menopause, and overall women's wellness. No call. No deliveries. No insurance credentialing. Just time and space to practice medicine the way it should be. Position Details:

• Full time schedule with possible 4-day work week
• Weekdays only
• No call responsibilities
• No deliveries
• Provide comprehensive clinical care with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and women's wellness
• Offer personalized lifestyle and treatment recommendations
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience as part of a growing startup
• Build long term, meaningful patient relationships without RVU pressure or rushed visits Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starts at $300,000 based upon experience
• Performance-based incentive bonuses
  
  Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must be a licensed OB/GYN in the state of Ohio (MD/DO)
• New graduates are welcome to apply as training is provided
