Hematology​/Oncology | Established Panel Clinic , Clinician-Led

Kettering Health is recruiting a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a highly stable, clinician-led cancer program serving the Dayton/Cincinnati corridor. This is a true growth position with an immediate patient panel, strong institutional support, and a structure designed to protect physician longevity.

You will practice alongside 22 Hem/Onc physicians within a multidisciplinary oncology service line of 60, supported by APPs, pharmacists, and fellows—allowing you to focus on patient care without unsustainable workload pressure.

• Predictable schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 protected admin day

  Walk into a full panel with no ramp-up uncertainty

  Weekly disease‑specific tumor boards and dyad leadership

• 2‑year guaranteed base salary with uncapped productivity
