Horizen Medical is seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician who's excited to practice in a modern direct care model without the pressures of traditional hospital systems. You will be part of a brand‑new patient‑centered, technology‑forward clinic that empowers women with comprehensive education, personalized care, and simplified access to effective treatments including hormone therapy, GLP‑1 medications, and lifestyle‑focused wellness support.

In this role, you'll deliver high quality, evidence‑based care focused on perimenopause, menopause, and overall women's wellness. No call. No deliveries. No insurance credentialing. Just time and space to practice medicine the way it should be.

• Base salary starts at $300,000 based on experience
• Performance‑based incentive bonuses

• Must be a licensed OB/GYN in the state of Ohio (MD/DO)
• New graduates are welcome to apply as training is provided
