Physician - Interventional Cardiologist

This physician will join an employed physician group of over 750 physicians to be based in Westfield & Kokomo, Indiana. Community Physician Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing practice Community Westfield Hospital and Community Howard Regional Hospital.

Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.

• Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 45+ Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
• Shared 1:4 STEMI call
• Desired Northside suburbs

• American Board of Cardiology certification
• Indiana medical license will be required

• Interest in peripheral vascular work is desired
• Welcome multidiscip ional approach to patient care
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
• Develop and maintain relations with referring physicians
