Provider Lead
The Provider Lead is a practice‑based clinician supporting members through scheduled, walk‑in, and urgent visits across multiple modalities (telephonic, virtual, clinic). They deliver comprehensive care including chronic disease management, behavioral health, and preventive services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and support personalized care plans.
Responsibilities- Oversee care for complex patients.
- Act as the escalation point for challenging cases.
- Enhance clinical programs, processes, and policies.
- MD/DO with Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
- At least 5 years of member care experience.
- At least 2+ years of informal clinical leadership.
Salary ranges from $260,000 to $275,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and travel reimbursement.
Location & Work ArrangementHybrid in Cincinnati, OH.
