The Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) has an unexpected opening beginning July 2026. This position is available for a 2nd- or 3rd-year pediatric cardiology fellow seeking transfer, or for an applicant interested in completing a full 3-year pediatric cardiology fellowship.
Cincinnati Children’s offers world‑class training within a comprehensive and highly collaborative Heart Institute that is among the largest pediatric and congenital cardiology programs in the nation. The Heart Institute includes more than 135 nationally and internationally recognized physicians, researchers, and fellows, providing exceptional depth across all areas of pediatric and congenital cardiovascular care.
The Division of Cardiology and the Heart Institute are committed to developing future leaders in pediatric cardiology through outstanding clinical training, strong mentorship, and individualized career development. This three‑year ACGME‑accredited fellowship provides broad clinical exposure and robust research opportunities, with progressive responsibility and protected research time tailored to each fellow’s career goals.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited general pediatrics residency, or
- At least one year of training in an ACGME-accredited pediatric cardiology fellowship program
