Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Description

Phoenix MD is a membership-based primary care practice seeking a Physician Assistant to provide personalized care for adults and children. Our approach emphasizes prevention, wellness, and addressing the underlying causes of symptoms. We also offer integrative medical services, including hormone replacement therapy.

Responsibilities

· Provide primary care for adult and pediatric patients.

· Evaluate and manage acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.

· Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.

· Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up.

· Collaborate with our physician and care team, including providing hormone replacement therapy when clinically appropriate and within training and supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a primary care practice.

Phoenix MD operates under the direct primary care model, where patients pay one flat monthly membership fee in exchange for comprehensive medical care. We do not bill any third party payer. Insurance plans. This allows us to provide more personalized care longer visits and manage patients across both the virtual and in office settings.
