Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructors during specialized track sessions by providing additional support to campers
- Help manage small groups of campers during activities and transitions
- Provide peer mentorship to campers, offering encouragement and guidance
- Support camp setup and cleanup procedures
- Help document camp activities through photos, notes, or social media content
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement
- Assist with special events, showcases, and camp-wide activities
- Serve as a positive role model for younger campers
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun camp environment
- Leadership and mentorship experience

Requirements
Our positions require mobility and travel. Youth classes are conducted at local high schools or education buildings, not at our main office. Similarly, Tech It Easy classes are held off‑site at nursing homes and adult care facilities throughout Cincinnati. However once you are assigned to an education building that will serve as your primary location. As an intern, you will be expected to travel to these various work sites and will only report to our main office once per week for team meetings and administrative tasks.
Therefore, all applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel approximately 25% of their work time. Additionally, our networking events and special programs are typically held at convention centers in the Cincinnati area. Reliable transportation is essential for this position, as you’ll need to transport materials and equipment between locations. Please consider these travel requirements carefully before applying.

Current high school student (rising junior or senior) or college student
Interest in technology, education, business, or nonprofit work
