Adjunct Instructor – Department of Management

Term, part‑time faculty position in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Department of Management, University of Cincinnati.

Job Overview

The Department is accepting applications for one or more adjunct (part‑time) positions to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in management, strategy, entrepreneurship, or international business as needed. The role is not tied to a specific semester or course but to fill future teaching needs.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate courses and seminars on a part‑time basis.
  • Serve as an academic adviser and evaluate student coursework, as required.
  • Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of these responsibilities.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all University‑related communications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to learners unfamiliar with the subject.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
Required Education

A minimum of a Master’s degree is required.
