In the 2024‑2025 school year, LEAD achieved outstanding results, including a 96% student satisfaction rate and positively impacting over 3,000 students through its Workforce Initiative Program.
This is a part‑time or full‑time role for a Bilingual Career Coach located in Cincinnati, OH. The Bilingual Career Coach will provide one‑on‑one job coaching and career counseling support to students, empowering them to identify career pathways and develop personalized goals to be Enrolled, Enlisted, or Employed post‑graduation. Responsibilities also include assisting students with job application processes, resume building, and interview preparation, and developing strategies to build confidence and enhance communication skills.
The role involves facilitating workshops and contributing to LEAD’s mission of improving career readiness for students with a focus on social and emotional growth.
- Experience in Job Coaching and Career Counseling, guiding individuals toward personal and professional goals, or related experience in education, training, or youth development
- Skills in Career Development and Employability Skills Training
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to young people (particularly students who are juniors and seniors)
- Bilingual proficiency required to engage diverse student populations
- Experience in teaching, training, or leading workshops is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Understanding of social‑emotional learning (SEL) frameworks and career readiness strategies is an advantage
