What's the Job?
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of incentives programs including Best Customer Communications (BCC), Targeted Digital Coupons (TDC), SSE, EMOD, and Push campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Campaign Operations and Product/Tech to ensure smooth campaign intake, creative reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Support planning and kickoff activities for BCC 2027, including scheduling meetings, capturing notes, and managing shared documentation.
  • Assist with financial workflows, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting, to support billing and financial accuracy.
What's Needed?
  • 4–6 years of experience in campaign execution, project coordination, or marketing operations, preferably within retail or media sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent timelines.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with campaign tools like Salesforce or Power BI.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and operate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
