Cincinnati Program Specialist

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. This role is available in both full‑time and part‑time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills – able to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication
• Positive attitude – optimistic, enthusiastic, and intentional when interacting with clients and the team
• Growth mindset – continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation
• Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle check
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs and remain active throughout the day
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays

Pay range: $14 – $16 per hour, non‑exempt.
