Central Montessori Academy (CMA) is a growing Montessori school in Cincinnati, Ohio, and we are always excited to connect with individuals who are passionate about education and interested in becoming part of our Montessori community!
As our school continues to grow and expand, we welcome applications from experienced Montessori guides, classroom assistants, and individuals who are curious about Montessori education and eager to learn.
ProgramsWe welcome applicants interested in working with children across all developmental levels:
Toddler: Ages 18 months–3 years
Early Childhood / Pre-Primary: Ages 3–6
Lower Elementary: Ages 6–9
Upper Elementary: Ages 9–12
Middle School: Ages 12–15 (planned expansion)
We would love to connect with individuals who:
Hold an AMS or AMI Montessori credential or are pursuing certification.
Have experience working with children and an interest in Montessori education.
Are interested in becoming Montessori assistant guides or exploring a future career as a lead guide.
Are eager to learn about Montessori philosophy, child development, and the prepared environment.
Value independence, curiosity, collaboration, and respect for the child.
Bring warmth, patience, creativity, and a willingness to grow professionally.
Montessori experience is welcomed but not required for assistant positions. We encourage individuals who are new to Montessori but enthusiastic about learning to reach out!
