We’re seeking a talented BIM Manager to champion and evolve our Building Information Modeling (BIM) program to set our firmwide BIM strategy, maintain standards, and empower multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, coordinated models and documents. This position is at the intersection of technology, project delivery, and client service—and offers the opportunity to shape how we design and deliver projects.

• Champion the value of BIM to Hixson associates and clients and oversee BIM coordination with contractors to ensure clear deliverables
• Lead Hixson’s BIM Team, develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, content libraries, and BIM Execution Plans
• Launch and support client project workflows in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Provide firmwide training and coaching support across disciplines
• Oversee model health, QA/QC, and coordination workflows
• Manage and optimize BIM related cloud platforms, software, and plug‑ins
• Leverage emerging technologies (automation, AI, VR/AR, etc.) to provide project efficiencies

• 7+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with 3+ years in a BIM leadership role
• An excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Expert‑level proficiency in Autodesk Revit; working knowledge of Autodesk products:
  AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD, Inventor, and more
• Hands‑on experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, model performance optimization, and coordination best practices
• Experience with food & beverage or process‑intensive facilities
• Proficiency with the following software:
  Bluebeam, Guardian, Pirros, Chaos Enscape, Imaginit Clarity, or scripting (Python/Dynamo) a plus
