Structural Engineer

Advantage Structural Engineers is actively looking to hire (2) structural engineer positions. One entry level position and one position with 2 to 5+ experience. Work will include structural design of new buildings, additions, and renovations. You will be part of a outstanding team and will grow in your knowledge of structural engineering, while gaining experience and responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Emphasis in Structural. (Masters Degree is a plus)

Ability to manage projects as part of a team.

Ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work as a team in constant communication.

Hourly compensation at 40 hours per week. 1.5 times overtime pay for hours over 40 per week.

Year end bonuses based on performance.
