Structural Engineer (All Levels) – Multiple High-Growth Firms | Hybrid | Principal Track Options

Location: Greater Cincinnati & Dayton, OH | Hybrid Schedules Available

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Multiple Openings from Entry-Level to Leadership

Entry-Level (Passed FE Exam) – $60k–$70k + Bonus/Profit Share

• Assist with drafting, design, and analysis of structural components
• Receive direct mentorship from licensed PE leaders

EIT / Junior PE – $70k–$95k + Bonus/Profit Share

• Independently manage portions of structural design work
• Contribute to calculations, reports, and client deliverables
• Begin interfacing with clients and managing small-scale projects
• Lead projects end-to-end: analysis, drafting, client communication
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development
• Revit required; RAM or Enercalc preferred

Principal / Division Leader – $125k–$145k+ + Bonus/Profit Share

• Build and lead a structural division within a well-established MEP firm
• Seller/doer responsibilities, client ownership, and hiring authority
• Principal/ownership opportunity for entrepreneurial PEs

• Hybrid work structure (2–3 days onsite in Dayton or Cincinnati)

• BS or MS in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering
