Staff Engineer – Engine Core Tech Maturation - Systems Test Integrator at GE Aerospace. Lead Technology Maturation Testing for engine core modules for the Next Generation Engine. This on-site role serves as the Tech Mat Integration Leader, driving the design, testing, and validation of advanced engine technologies in the compressor, combustor, and high-pressure turbine. Lead cross-functional teams, manage test rig development, and oversee testing for engine core technologies to mature new technologies and ensure they meet program goals.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of Tech Mat test plans for engine core technologies and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with design disciplines, test rig owners, and systems module leaders to align testing strategies.
- Drive advanced measurement initiatives to validate new technologies.
- Monitor and communicate Technology Readiness Levels (TRL), Risk Levels, and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL).
- Formulate and implement plans to meet technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Present and review technical and program milestones with internal and external stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering.

- Experience managing detailed program schedules and budgets.
