We are looking for a driven and curious Planner / Scheduler in the Cincinnati, Ohio area to support our Project Management Team.

• Interact with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule.
• Analyze CPM schedules and recommend work‑arounds and schedule improvements.
• Support the Project Management Team by providing schedule insights and recommendations.

• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in an EPCM environment.
• Good understanding of engineering processes, procedures, and deliverables.
• Experience working inside Primavera P6 scheduling tool.
• US citizen.
• Desirable: experience with Earned Value Management (EVM); procurement and construction sequencing; cost/schedule analysis presentations; strong communication skills; experience with MS Project; knowledge of Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions and virtual tools.

Hybrid: part‑time in the office and part‑time remote. Proximity to the Cincinnati area is required.
