Job Description Summary
The Maintenance/Facilities Coordinator manages 14 direct hourly reports and oversees Plant Utilities Systems at the Evendale campus. The role balances short‑term objectives, immediate issue resolution, and long‑term strategy for utilities systems.
Roles and Responsibilities- Day-to-Day Operations
- Boiler House and Water Plant Operations:
Ensure smooth operation to support production, assembly, labs, and testing activities. - Maintenance and Repairs:
Maintain site buildings and associated equipment. - Plant Utilities Management:
Operate and maintain utilities systems, including water and steam plants.
- Boiler House and Water Plant Operations:
- Technical Leadership
- Technical Support:
Provide expertise on plant utilities systems to engineering teams. - Preventative Maintenance:
Lead equipment maintenance, scheduling, and labor analysis. - Project Management:
Oversee utilities‑related projects, including cost estimation and scheduling.
- Technical Support:
- Collaboration
- Cross‑Functional Work:
Collaborate with Facilities, Test Engineering, Production, Test, and Shop Operations teams to achieve project goals. - Troubleshooting Assistance:
Support maintenance personnel in resolving technical issues.

- Preventative Maintenance
Schedule:
Monitor and maintain systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. - Long‑Term Strategy Development:
Help create plans for future improvements to Plant Utilities Systems.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years experience) plus a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Ohio Stationary Engineer License.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working with industrial steam boilers / turbines.
- Experience working in or around a water treatment facility (specifically a Reverse Osmosis plant).
