Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly capable Project Manager – Engineering to lead cross‑functional initiatives focused on innovative emergency medical products. In this role, you'll support both engineering and production teams across product design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to drive complex programs from concept to launch.

• Own the design, reliability, quality, and supplier management of new and existing components and assemblies.
• Lead multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring success across technical, timeline, and cost goals.
• Interface with global teams in engineering, operations, product management, quality, regulatory, and service.
• Participate in sustaining engineering and new product development (NPI) with a strong focus on compliance and quality.
• Create and manage design documentation using Solid Works, PDM, and/or Altium; lead ECO and phase‑gate processes.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles, lead FMEA development, and support design reviews and usability assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; other degrees considered with relevant experience and/or PMP certification.
• 3+ years of related engineering and project management experience.
• Background in mechanical/electrical design (e.g., extrusions, castings, PCBs, batteries, hydraulics, embedded firmware).
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T, ANSI standards, and Solid Works.
