Reporting to the Plant Manager, as a Process Engineer II, you'll be at the heart of our bottling operations, adding value where it matters most, by driving better process control, reducing waste, and unlocking capacity as CREMER NORTH AMERICA continues to grow and modernize. You'll also identify, develop, and implement innovative process solutions that strengthen capability, consistency, and overall efficiency - making a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to achieve world-class performance in safety, quality, and efficiency, aligned with CREMER NORTH AMERICA 's strategic vision for sustainable growth.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen initiatives (work, equipment, and process) that strengthen line reliability, reduce losses, and improve material yield across bottling operations.
  • Contribute to collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify performance trends, uncover process bottlenecks, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Use structured problem‑solving methods to lead and support root‑cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and verify results.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, maintenance, and quality) to standardize best practices, sustain process capability improvements, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to building a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation that supports customers in the personal care, food, and specialty chemical sectors.
Role Key Requirements
  • B.A or B.S in engineering, operations or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years in an engineering position within a manufacturing environment with high‑speed packaging equipment.
  • Formalized problem‑solving methodologies, such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Root Cause Analysis.
