We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer with deep experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative, integrated team of architects, engineers, and project managers, delivering complex, high‑profile projects with construction values of up to $500 million for some of the most recognizable brands in the industry.

In this key leadership role you will apply advanced technical design expertise, engineering judgment, and problem‑solving skills, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

• Lead electrical engineering and design teams in the preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications
• Design and oversee lighting and lighting control systems
• Design low‑ and medium‑voltage power distribution systems
• Specify materials, methods, and electrical components
• Develop and integrate control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems
• Collaborate proactively with multi‑disciplinary design teams across architecture and engineering
• Support project execution from concept through construction

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial buildings
• A/E consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently produce complete construction documents
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to high‑quality engineering solutions
