Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Oversee engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, equipment reliability, product development, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to support cross‑functional objectives.
- Evaluate, approve, and implement design changes, process modifications, and new technology integrations.
- Manage engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, standards, and project reports.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex mechanical, process, or system issues.
- Support capital projects, including planning, vendor coordination, installation, and commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field required).
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering or technical teams.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD, engineering analysis tools, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and reliability programs is highly preferred.
