Job Title:
Electrical Test Engineer

Job  

• Ensure compliance with IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 standards for electrical safety in medical devices.
• Perform detailed electrical analysis with a systems-level approach
  .
• Develop and execute verification and validation protocols
  , including hands‑on testing.
• Utilize electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers
  .
• Contribute to embedded PCBA design and ensure adherence to IPC standards
  .
• Apply knowledge of battery design standards for manufacturing, storage, and transport.
• Design and review schematics using eCAD tools (Cadence, OrCAD, Allegro).
• Prototype, simulate, and test electrical systems efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for compliance and design reviews.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and risk management.
• Hands‑on experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting
  .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with medical capital equipment
  .
• Project management experience or certification (PMP preferred).
• Ability to manage trade‑offs and deliver projects on time and within budget
  .
• Familiarity with battery safety standards and transport regulations.

Pay Range Minimum: $88,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $134,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
