- Build and manage relationships with OEMs, tool shops, and Tier 1 suppliers
- Deliver consultative, value‑based solutions – not commodity sales
- Represent Diehl at trade shows (FABTECH, NADCA, PMA) and industry events
- Partner with global engineering teams to support customer education
- Deep technical knowledge of Hot Work Tool Steels (H13)
- Hands‑on understanding of tooling, heat treatment, and failure modes
- Curiosity and comfort engaging with customers, from engineers to executives
- A consultative mindset and willingness to learn the sales side
- Strong communication and relationship skills
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Tier 1 suppliers, NADCA, or PMA – or if you’ve ever helped solve a tooling problem that made a customer’s day.
