Job Description

Job Title:
Installation Engineer

Duration: 6 months (with a strong possibility of extension)

Summary:

  • Project Management experience involving customer interaction and guidance, including authoring coordination memos, issues meeting notes, rolling action lists, simple project scheduling, and leading routine team teleconference calls.
  • Familiarity and understanding of gas turbine engines, preferably with Turbo Prop type.
  • Knowledge and experience with engine controls and accessories including switches, temperature and speed sensors, harnesses, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Understanding of engine controls in terms of input parameters, control logic, limiting philosophy, and output control functions.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with small business and general aviation aircraft.
  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Desired technical background experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented individual with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Willing to travel (15-20%).
