Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
- Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
- Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with process flow diagrams, CAD drawings, and data analysis.
- Open to candidates with 3+ years of engineering experience and familiarity with HMI systems such as Wonderware.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics or heat transfer principles is advantageous.
