Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects.
  • Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with process flow diagrams, CAD drawings, and data analysis.
  • Open to candidates with 3+ years of engineering experience and familiarity with HMI systems such as Wonderware.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics or heat transfer principles is advantageous.
