Our client, P&G, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department, supporting plant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process.
- Determine problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions.
- Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
- Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering environments, including process improvement and equipment maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
