Our client, P&G, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department, supporting plant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process.
• Determine problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering environments, including process improvement and equipment maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
