Under the direction of the Table Games Floor Supervisor, the Team Member is responsible for proficiently dealing games as assigned. For a part‑time dealer, the role requires proficiency in dealing two major games and three minor games.
Responsibilities- Deal cards accurately and at the pace defined by the supervisor or guests.
- Take and pay bets accurately and in accordance with standard procedures.
- Follow department and company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional guest service experience that promotes satisfaction and enjoyment.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and friendly work environment that supports high productivity and performance.
- Support the Hard Rock culture and team philosophy within the department and throughout the property.
- Amicably resolve guest concerns whenever possible and report issues beyond your authority to the direct supervisor.
- Ensure protection of customer rewards and credit lines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Hard Rock trade secrets and proprietary information.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission.
- Notify management or the Ethics Hotline promptly of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Commit to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate during a live audition your ability to deal games as stated on your application.
Qualifications- Frequent standing or sitting, walking, using hands and arms, and hearing while performing the job duties. Briefly lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Require vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, and often crowded and noisy, with possible exposure to second‑hand smoke and high noise levels.
- Must communicate effectively with guests in English.
- Scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with ERGC compliance prior to an offer. Background checks may include:
- Credit Check
- Criminal Background Check
- Drug Screen
