What You'll Do- Perform scenario analysis to evaluate potential financial impacts of decisions.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from financial systems.
- Create detailed financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Implement and track KPIs to monitor organizational financial health.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts.
- Partner with department leaders to align budgeting with strategic goals.
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze industry trends and internal performance to provide actionable insights.
- Support due diligence and financial assessments for new initiatives.
- Improve processes for data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant financial or analytical experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
