The Finance Transformation Manager will play a critical role in driving the execution of finance transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement transformation roadmaps, manage project teams, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Expertise in finance processes, change management and project management will be essential in driving the evolution of our finance function. This position is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
- Lead the execution of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements, develop business cases, and implement solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
- Drive change management efforts to foster adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance function.
- Conduct analysis of financial processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in finance transformation and change management.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, providing regular updates on transformation initiatives.
- Utilize frameworks such as SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) to manage complex transformation programs effectively.
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
Minimum Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, project management, or consulting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, process improvement methodologies, and change management principles.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
LOCATION – Cincinnati, Ohio 45202
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
